The Depressive Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA)*, a nationwide,
grassroots organization led by consumers who have an "affective disorder"
(depression and manic depression), holds weekly meetings from 7-8PM, in
the Cypress Room at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Belleville.
Consumers, family members and friends are welcome to attend these meetings
