Welcome to the NAMI Madison Co. Web Site
NAMI's efforts focus on support to persons with serious brain disorders and to their
families; advocacy for nondiscriminatory and equitable
federal, state, and private-sector policies; research
into the causes, symptoms and treatment for brain disorders; and
education to eliminate the stigma surrounding severe mental
illnesses.

because they need information and ways to cope with the mental illness
of their family member. They learn by talking with others, by
attending educational meetings, and through affiliate newsletters. |
